My journey with this transformative practice began in the year 204, when I had the privilege of studying under the esteemed guidance of Faeq Biria and Corine, two luminaries who have dedicated their lives to sharing the wisdom of E. K. Y.'s teachings. Their deep knowledge and passion for yoga ignited a fire within me that has since become an integral part of my dly life.

The foundation ld by these mentors was so solid that I decided to further my studies by atting intensive summer courses in France, followed by regular visits to the mn institute in Puna, India, and the subsidiary center in Bangalore. This immersive experience allowed me to delve deeper into the essence of E. K. Y., enhancing my understanding and connection with this beautiful practice.

During the years 204-207, I was honored to serve as an assistant instructor for F. B.'s Teacher Trning Course Group F TTCF. This role not only allowed me to share what I had learned but also to refine my own skills under the watchful eyes of experienced leaders in the field.

The transformative nature of E. K. Y. Yoga was particularly evident during these years as I atted various workshops conducted by international experts who were at the forefront of yoga education and research. Each session was a journey into the nuances of alignment, breath control, and mindfulness, revealing secrets that enriched my practice even further.
