INTRODUCTION
In today's society, the support for spiritual and emotional well-being often falls short, though there has been some improvement since the impacts of COVID. Different individuals have varying relationships with these aspects of their lives; if someone already practices spirituality or holds a specific tradition, I encourage them to continue on that path and seek guidance from sources familiar to them. For those who lack a spiritual practice, engaging in time spent amidst nature is an effective way to experience it. In such environments, one can connect with the macrocosm of their beingthe elements and doshas on a larger scalefeeling both humbled and integrated into the system as a whole.
The essence of spirituality transcs labels like God; rather, it embodies the notion of connecting within oneself and to the broader universe. This connection is deeply intertwined with Ayurveda, an ancient system that emphasizes harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
