His expertise also exts to efficient movement, injury risk reduction, and overall athletic prowess development.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Central Connecticut State University and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association NSCA. He has been precision nutrition level 1 certified through Precision Nutrition and has numerous certifications in speed and athletic development. Brian remns committed to staying updated with the latest trs and techniques in his field by atting regular continuing education seminars and summits.
Wy is a passionate yoga instructor, small group trner, and personal coach who has dedicated over a decade to health and wellness pursuits. Her journey includes competitive CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting experiences as well as her contribution to the launch of Agnst The Grn Fitness in 2018. Wy's mission is to inspire and empower individuals on their fitness journeys through diverse trning approaches combined with holistic health principles.
Kathy, a certified yoga instructor with over 200 hours of trning, specializes in guiding students towards achieving harmony between body and mind. Her personal journey into yoga began as she discovered its profound mental benefits, leading her to share these insights through teaching. Kathy believes that yoga is a journey of self-discovery focusing on integration of breath, movement, mindfulness, balance, strength, and flexibility both physically and mentally.
Patryk embarked on his fitness journey at 13 with his father's gift of a weight set for the basementa catalyst for his passion. As an All-American pole vaulter in high school and college, Patryk secured national titles, completing his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science - Performance during this time. His career path led him to become a personal trner at a small gym before diving into CrossFit as a coach specializing in Olympic Weightlifting.
Recently, driven by his love for understanding movement and helping others, Patryk returned to academia to pursue a more clinically focused healthcare career. With his license as a certified occupational therapy assistant, he has worked with the geriatric population while mntning his passion for personal trning and coaching at Agnst The Grn Fitness alongside Brian Cusano.
Patryk enjoys outdoor adventures such as ATVing and snowmobiling in Mne and New Hampshire with his wife Jessica and French Bulldog, Moose.
