This experience not only strengthened her love for yoga but also ignited a desire within her to spread its benefits further.

Driven by this passion, Shly embarked on the journey to become certified as a yoga instructor. Through rigorous study with Yoga Alliance, a professional organization dedicated to yoga instructors, she achieved certification at just 15 years old - one of the youngest in the nation to do so.
