As an embodiment of the spirit behind yoga, my mission is to create a worldwide community that embraces and enables everyone who seeks to practice this ancient art. Based in South Florida but with roots exting globally, I have built a robust network of fellow practitioners and teachers locally. This community continues to expand its reach far beyond these borders as we share, elevate, and empower each other through the transformative power of yoga.
My passion lies in sharing knowledge that has been passed down to me, making it accessible for others to learn from. Through workshops and teacher trnings offered both domestically and internationally, I've had the privilege to connect with teachers worldwide, enhancing their skills and empowering them to bring these lessons back into their classrooms and communities.
I look forward to creating opportunities for knowledge exchange through scheduled events featuring local and global trning sessions led by myself.
