Kneel down with hips resting on heels and arms exted forward. Lower chest onto thighs as head drops towards the floor. This pose is a gentle rest, calming the mind and releasing tension in the back.

6. Cobra Pose Bhujangasana

Lie face-down with hands under shoulders, elbows close to body. Exhale and lift upper body off the mat by pushing through arms; keep thighs touching ground while engaging the lower abdomen muscles. This pose strengthens the spine and core.
