As an experienced yogi, I'm often asked about the best yoga poses for beginners. While there are numerous options avlable, six core postures provide a robust foundation from which to build your practice.
Let's start with the Mountn Pose Tadasana, one of the most fundamental positions in yoga. This pose involves standing tall with arms at sides and feet together, engaging both legs equally for strength throughout the lower body.
