Yoga Trning Agreement

1. Introduction

   This Yoga Trning Agreement the Agreement is made between the party specializing as an institution for yoga trning, hereafter referred to as The Institution, and the individual or organization seeking participation in our yoga courses, henceforth known as The Participant.

2. Purpose of Agreement

   The primary objective of this contract is to establish clear guidelines and responsibilities for both parties concerning the yoga trning service provided by The Institution.

3. Services Provided

   The Institution agrees to offer a comprehensive yoga trning program with the inclusion of:

   • Professional instructors with expertise in various styles of yoga.

   • A serene environment, equipped with necessary tools and equipment like mats, blocks, straps for optimal learning conditions.

   • Comprehensive coverage on different asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques.

4. Participant Responsibilities

   The Participant is expected to:

   • Att all scheduled sessions punctually and commit to regular practice outside the class hours.

   • Mntn a safe environment by following the institution's rules and regulations.

   • Communicate any concerns or difficulties they encounter during their trning to ensure effective support from our team.

5. Payment Terms

   The terms of payment are as follows:

   • A non-refundable deposit must be made upon signing this agreement, which will secure your place in the course.

   • The total fee needs to be pd in full before the commencement date of the trning program unless agreed otherwise by both parties.

6. Termination

   Both parties may terminate this Agreement:

   • The Institution can do so without penalty if the Participant fls to meet the responsibilities listed above, specifically attance or conduct guidelines.

   • If the Participant wishes to terminate this agreement prior to completion, a written notice must be provided at least 1 month before the termination date.

7. Confidentiality

   All information shared during yoga classes is considered confidential and should not be disclosed to any third party unless with explicit consent from The Institution.

8. Dispute Resolution

   Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between parties. If no resolution can be reached, the disputes will be referred to arbitration according to the rules of the China Arbitration Commission and judgment made by them is final and binding upon both parties.

9. Governing Law

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10. Miscellaneous

    Both parties agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between them concerning their relationship related to yoga trning, superseding any prior negotiations or agreements regarding this matter.

This Yoga Trning Agreement is subject to revision according to changes made by The Institution and will be communicated to The Participant before its implementation date.
